All Popcards can be sent as a flat card by post. Unfolded they change into special 3D gifts. Such a popcard is first imagined by us, after which a test model is made manually. Then the different shapes are programmed in a computer. This drives a precision laser, which burns the finely detailed shapes from the various sheets of cardboard with a very fine laser beam. After all shapes are cut separately, the card is assembled by hand. Finally, the card is packed together with an envelope in a cellophane bag. Ready to pleasantly surprise someone. I have opened and closed the card 10 times, and remained surprised! The fact that the card also folds up again is so cleverly done, the bird's nest collapses automatically.
