Every Popcards.nl pop-up card can be sent as a greeting card and it will be expanded as special gifts. This one Cheerful florist car Citroën 2CV duck pop-up card was first devised by our designer, after which he made a test model of it manually. After this test model has been approved, the various shapes to be cut out are programmed in a computer. This computer controls a precision laser, which burns the extremely finely detailed details from the various sheets of cardboard with a delicate hot laser beam. Fine and detailed cutting is only possible with a laser. A separate sheet of colored cardboard is often used for each shape. Almost no colors are printed. When all shapes are cut separately, the card is assembled by hand and with the help of glue machines. The card is then packed together with an unprinted envelope in a cellophane bag.
