Delivery time & postage costs

We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. We send our Popcards on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We try to ship orders placed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday before 3:00 PM the same day. As soon as we submit an order to the postal agency, you will receive an email from us to inform you about this. Most orders simply fit in your letterbox, so you don't have to stay at home for them.

We ship within the Netherlands free if the order value is at least €13.50. For smaller orders we charge a contribution of €1.99 for shipping costs.

We also send our Popcards abroad and even free if the order value is at least €35. For smaller orders we charge a contribution of €2.99 for shipping costs.

Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of PostNL/DHL. In general, delivery will take place on the next delivery day (Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat), but PostNL in particular often takes a little longer these days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery and we are dependent on the delivery services. You always have the right to return your order to us undamaged and you will receive a refund.

Tip

You can also send directly to the lucky recipient! You can then specify a different shipping address on the checkout screen and optionally add a personal message.
