A very cheerful (and big!!!) birthday card with partying dolphins with colorful balloons. They even have a fun party hat on!

Dolphins are known as very intelligent and social animals. Dolphins symbolize communication, intelligence, play and freedom.

Dolphins are not fish but mammals that live in the water. They breathe through their blowhole on the top of their heads, which is closed underwater by a powerful valve that opens during inhalation and exhalation when a dolphin surfaces. There are approximately 36 species of dolphins.

Dolphins live in groups of up to dozens of individual animals. One way dolphins communicate with each other is by making a variety of sounds, such as clicks and whistle-like sounds. A combination of curiosity and the playful nature of the dolphin ensures that they also have frequent contact with other animal species, including humans. Dolphins are often observed swimming with boats.

Dolphins build strong social bonds with each other; they will stay with injured or sick conspecifics, even helping with breathing by bringing them to the surface when needed. Each Popcard can be sent as a greeting card and unfolded it becomes special presents. This 3D card was first devised by our designer, after which he made a test model of it manually. After this sample has been approved, the different shapes to be cut out are programmed in a computer. This computer controls a precision laser, which burns the finely detailed details from the various sheets of cardboard with a gossamer hot laser beam. This precise cutting is only possible with a laser. Once all shapes are cut separately, the card is assembled by hand. The card is then packed in a cellophane bag together with an envelope.
