Each Popcard can be sent as a greeting card and unfolded it becomes special presents. This 3D card was first devised by our designer, after which he made a test model of it manually. After this sample has been approved, the different shapes to be cut out are programmed in a computer. This computer controls a precision laser, which burns the finely detailed details from the various sheets of cardboard with a gossamer hot laser beam. This precise cutting is only possible with a laser. Once all shapes are cut separately, the card is assembled by hand. The card is then packed in a cellophane bag together with an envelope. The outside of the card is a beautiful matte deep purple. The front is framed with a gold gloss border and has metallic glitter letters: "Happy Birthday." It also has a gold-framed illustration of a funny little locomotive. That promises something for the inside!
When opened, a sturdy locomotive in bright colors emerges with a bunny and bear as the engine driver and fireman. A plume of steam comes out of the chimney that reads “Happy Birthday.” And behind the locomotive is a large bunch of cheerful balloons. The background is an illustration of rails and presents. In a "secret" slot is a separate card on which you can write your congratulations. A complete pop-up card, in fact a complete gift for the recipient, which will certainly keep your card for a long time and look at it again and again.
