Each Popcard can be sent as a greeting card and unfolded it becomes special presents. This 3D card was first devised by our designer, after which he made a test model of it manually. After this sample has been approved, the different shapes to be cut out are programmed in a computer. This computer controls a precision laser, which burns the finely detailed details from the various sheets of cardboard with a gossamer hot laser beam. This precise cutting is only possible with a laser. Once all shapes are cut separately, the card is assembled by hand. The card is then packed in a cellophane bag together with an envelope. Woodpecker! This beautifully colored Great Spotted Woodpecker is drumming away in this old dead tree stump. The branch with blooming flowers provides a cheerful detail. The dark red front contains a laser cut illustration which gives a special effect. Nice for any bird lover. This woodpecker occurs in Dutch forests, parks and gardens, and nests in a self-cut hole in a tree. So he builds his own house, every year a new den. Nice card for a moving message. The male has a red spot on the back of the head. This is missing in the female. Young woodpeckers, like on this Popcard, have a red cap.
